Product Training and NPI for the Medical and Test and Measurement Markets

Efficient training programs must describe products and applications correctly, and, at the same time, they must also be easy to digest. The training package must address the correct know-how to be transferred to the audience, also generating curiosity and interest in the listener’s mind and heart. Without training events, the true features and benefits of a product very often remain obscure. What a pity!

I have been in the training business for more than 30 years, and I do understand how difficult it is to deliver the right message to the final end-users: They want to make sure they are making the right decision, the distributors need to be aware about the products and how to be successful with them on the market, while the key account managers must be always aware of all the technical and commercial aspects of the solution presented.
